Proximity Assignment window

From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, click More, and select Booth Proximity

Area

Select a booth-proximity area. When naming an Area, provide a name that relates to something on the exposition floor (limit 38 alphanumeric characters). For example, if the booth area is near the food court, name the proximity area Food Court.

Assigned Booths

Lists the booths assigned to the Area (proximity).

Unassigned Booths

Lists the booths available for assignment to the Area (proximity).

To define a proximity area

1.  Open the Proximity Assignment window:

□    From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, and double-click an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window (second instance).

□    Click More and select Booth Proximity.

2.  Click Edit.

3.  Select New Area from the Area list. The Add New Area window opens.

4.  Enter the new Area Name.

5.  Click OK to return to the Proximity Assignment window and add booths to the new area.

To modify booth proximity assignments

1.  Open the Proximity Assignment window:

□    From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, and double-click an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window (second instance).

□    Click More and select Booth Proximity.

2.  Select the Area you want to modify.

3.  Click Edit.

4.  (optional) To assign booths to an area, do the following:

□    Select the booths from the Unassigned Booths list that you want to assign to the area. Press Ctrl to select multiple booths.

□    Click << to assign the booths to the area. The selected booths display in the list of Assigned Booths.

5.  To remove booths from an area, do the following:

□    Select the booths from the Assigned Booths list that you want to remove from the area. Press Ctrl to select multiple booths.

□    Click >> to remove the booths from the area. The removed booths display in the list of Unassigned Booths.

6.  Click Save.
